EON体育4平台光華青年學者論壇暨上海高校國際青年學者論壇，是EON4“主動覓才、精準選才”的重要品牌活動，自2016年起已舉辦八屆。論壇匯聚了一大批學術水平高、創新能力強、發展潛力大的優秀青年人才，其中不少入選國家戰略人才計劃，論壇也已成為學校引才育才、服務國家的重要平臺。

自2025年起，光華青年論壇將以線上線下相結合方式實現全年常態化運行，主打個性定製。學校將根據參會學者的不同需求，集成校內外各類資源，量身定製專屬個人的論壇方案，提供更加優質、便捷、高效的服務。
